1. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, business or company name, inquiry type, contact consent, and any details you choose to include. The business-owner form also asks you to select an estimated property-value range. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details, credit card information, or sensitive documents in the inquiry form.

If you contact us by email or continue a financing discussion, we may receive additional information you provide about your business, property, or financing needs. Any later lender application, credit authorization, or document submission may be subject to separate disclosures and the provider’s privacy notice.

Our hosting and form-service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect their services.

2. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your financing or referral needs, discuss available next steps, coordinate requested services, maintain communications and business records, and address security, fraud, and legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry is not a loan application, credit-check authorization, or commitment to borrow.

3. Service providers and financing referrals

Our website uses Web3Forms to process inquiry submissions and deliver them to our team by email. Information entered in the form is transmitted to Web3Forms. Website hosting, email, and other service providers may also handle information as part of operating these services. Read the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for its practices.

When you ask us to pursue financing or coordinate a referral, relevant information may be shared with third-party financing providers and professionals involved in that request. Those providers handle information under their own privacy notices and application terms. Referral partners should provide another person’s information only when authorized to do so.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect legal rights.

Service providers may process information in countries outside your place of residence. Web3Forms operates from India and uses infrastructure in multiple regions; its privacy notice describes its subprocessors, spam-prevention services, and international transfers.

4. Cookies and website technology

The current website does not include advertising pixels or a website analytics tracking script. Hosting and form-service providers may use technical logs or technologies needed for service delivery and security. Your browser settings can limit cookies; restricting them may affect third-party services. The website does not currently change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Retention and security

How long information is retained depends on the inquiry, ongoing business relationship, service-provider practices, and applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to information that must be retained for legal obligations or legitimate business purposes.

Web3Forms states that it retains form submissions for up to three years, unless a shorter plan-specific period applies or the data is deleted earlier. Copies delivered to our email may be retained separately as part of our inquiry and business records.

No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the inquiry form for initial contact and ask our team about the appropriate submission method before sending sensitive financial documents.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose not to submit the form or omit optional details. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask us to stop optional follow-up communications, email hello@nexaraequity.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please do not email sensitive identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method.

Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law. Contact us using the same email address to ask about or exercise those rights.

7. Other websites and children

Third-party websites and financing providers have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. Nexara’s services are intended for adult business owners and referral professionals; the website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
